Accessing your Learning Account

  • NCC Employees: Your username is your employee number. If you don’t have an account yet, ask your manager to email peopleandculture@northumberland.gov.uk
  • External Organisation Staff: Click the “Create a New Account” button at the bottom of the red panel in the centre of your screen and complete the online form.
If you think you already have an account, but you can't remember the login details,  click ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ for guidance. Don’t forget to check your Junk Email folder for any messages regarding your password reset.
